The family of murdered five-year-old Malachi Subecz - who died at the hands of his so-called caregiver - is determined his death won't be in vain.
His cousin and her father, who repeatedly tried to get the authorities to intervene before the boy was fatally injured, are calling for mandatory reporting of suspected child abuse.
