Farmers say they are playing a key role in reducing the country's greenhouse gas emissions, thanks in part to changing farm practices and skyrocketing fertiliser costs.
Last week, a Ministry for the Environment report revealed a fall in the country's total greenhouse emissions of 0.7 percent in 2021.
The key driver was reduced agricultural emissions - down 1.5 percent.
