Getting a driver's license will be cheaper from October with the government reducing fees.
Minister of Transport Michael Wood says the average cost of a learner license will decrease by $20, a restricted license by $35, and a full license by $31.
Re-sit fees for practical tests will be scrapped.
Youth Inspire is a group that helps rangatahi in Wellington to get their licenses, as well as providing driving education.
