One of the country's rich listers surveyed in a government report on who pays the most tax says he supports a capital gains tax as do most of the ultra-wealthy.
A two-year investigation by Inland Revenue has found the richest 300 families pay tax at less than half the rate of the average person.
The report makes no recommendations and Labour has still to announce what changes it will bring in if it wins the election.
