As Papua New Guinea prepares to sign a Defense Cooperation Agreement with the United States, there is uncertainty over the future implications for the country and its people.
The Defense Cooperation Agreement, to be signed today, will give the U.S. access to strategic military and civilian locations within Papua New Guinea.
