Fed-up Bromley residents say they are tortured by a worsening stench from Christchurch's compost plant.
They say rotten odours from the city council-owned plant are aggravating asthma and ruining their quality of life.
The same suburb was plagued by a putrid stench from the nearby wastewater treatment plant after it was badly damaged by fire in 2021.
