It's been revealed the stood-down Transport Minister Michael Wood misled reporters, and his then Prime Minister, over the saga regarding his shareholding in Auckland Airport.
Asked by Newsroom in 2021 what pecuniary interests he held that weren't disclosed, Mr Wood said he had none.
And he also falsely told Jacinda Ardern, while she was Prime Minister, that he had sold the shares.
National Deputy leader Nicola Willis says Mr Wood "has effectively thumbed his nose at the Cabinet Office for two and a half years as they have begged him to get rid of his shares.
Nicola Willis spoke to Corin Dann.
