Residents of flood-hit properties in Auckland are frustrated by a lack of communication around who will qualify for a voluntary buyout.
Decisions were expected yesterday, but the council is now promising emails this week relating to the most severely damaged and at-risk homes.
Advocacy group West Auckland is Flooding's chair, Lyall Carter, is one of approximately 400 severely flooded residents still out of the loop.
