The West Auckland road of Scenic Drive is closed after a red-stickered house started slipping amid heavy rain last night.
A neighbour has evacuated and diversions are in place.
The house is one of several on a particular stretch of Scenic Drive in Swanson that have been condemned as a result of flooding in late January.
