Administrators for the country's Super Rugby franchises claim they are being fleeced by ACC's double dipping and are looking to head back to court to fight for a fairer deal.
Changes to ACC's levy rates have forced teams to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars more in recent seasons.
That's despite the players being employed by New Zealand Rugby, which is also levied.
