Auckland CBD will have a Safety Hub and Community Patrols this July and August to help support safety in the city centre.
It comes as the FIFA Women's World Cup and a myriad of other events kick off in the city.
Heart of the City chief executive Viv Beck says the safety patrols are a welcome addition to the city's safety network.
