The Government says it is committed to major transport projects such as Let's Get Wellington Moving, and Auckland Light Rail.
But the Labour Party isn't so sure. Where the Government ends and the Labour Party begins is the $20 billion question.
Neither Chris Hipkins, the Labour Party leader, or David Parker, the Transport Minister, would commit to supporting the two projects yesterday.
But in his capacity as Prime Minister, Hipkins says the government is committed to its three-year policy statements and agreements that are in place.
