The latest figures from Quotable Value show house prices are continuing to decline, but at a slower rate than past months.
July's price index shows the average home decreased in value by 1.5 percent nationally this quarter.
That's 10.2 percent less than the same time last year but just 0.3 percent lower than the end of June.
