House prices are continuing to rise.
The latest QV figures show the average home value rose 2.1 percent, to just over $907,387, over the three months to the end of October.
Whangārei, Hamilton, and New Plymouth recorded slight reductions, while Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch led the gains with increases ranging from 1.8 to 2.7 percent.
