A senior St John specialist has been questioned about why one of the first paramedics at the scene of the Christchurch terror attacks waited for orders before starting to help dead and dying victims.
Tony Smith has been giving evidence at the inquest into the deaths of the 51 victims killed in the March 15th massacre.
