Former Olympic and Paralympic track star Oscar Pistorius will be released from prison overnight on parole.
Pistorious, known as 'Blade Runner' for his prosthetic running legs, shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013, claiming it was an accident after mistaking her for a burglar.
He became eligible for parole in March of last year, having served only half of his 13 year sentence.
