The US Supreme Court is hearing arguments in a crucial case that will decide whether Donald Trump is eligible to run for President.
The justices are considering a ruling by Colorado's top court which deemed Trump couldn't run in the state primaries, because his actions during the assault on the Capitol on January 6th amounted to insurrection.
Three of the nine supreme court judges were appointed by Trump during his first term in office.
