The former Education Minister is furious the coalition government has launched a review of school property system, claiming "abysmal economic management" from the previous Labour government.
A three-month Ministerial Inquiry will look into hundreds of building projects where the scope of what is planned is unrealistic or unaffordable.
The Ministry of Education has already paused twenty projects.
