Auckland University dean of education on new primary teachers failing to pass NCEA level one

Auckland University's dean of education says he is not surprised to learn that a quarter of newly trained primary teachers who attempted NCEA level one maths failed to pass. Professor Mark Barrow spoke to Corin Dann.
