Tauranga carkoi gathers steam

Protestors started gathering at Whareroa Reserve in Tauranga on Wednesday, and residents report roads are completely blocked by cars. Ngai Te Rangi chief executive Paora Stanley is there. He spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
