PSA taking legal action against Ministry of Education

The Public Service Association is taking legal action against the Ministry of Education, with the union saying the Ministry is not complying with its collective agreement when making job cuts. PSA assistant secretary Fleur Fitzsimons spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
