Finance Minister on Luxon's plane trouble

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon is in Japan this morning, although getting there didn't go to plan. Luxon had to catch a commercial flight to Tokyo after the Defence Force plane blew two fuses while refuelling in Papua New Guinea. Is it time to be flying commercial on every trip? Finance Minister Nicola Willis spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
