Aratere docked in Picton under detention order

The stricken Interisland ferry Aratere is now docked in Picton under a detention order with no word when it might be declared safe to operate. It's still not clear what exactly happened before the ship's steering failed and it ran aground shortly after leaving Picton on Friday night.
