Justice Ministry workers used foul language about researcher

Two Ministry of Justice workers have been called out for using foul language to complain about a researcher in an online chat. Academic Barbara Sumner has made a number of Official Information Act requests as part of her P-h-D research into adoption systems. But she was in for a shock when she asked for any correspondence about her. She spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
