Property market gets chilly

The property market is on ice, according to the latest QV data. The latest QV House Price Index out today shows home values nationally decreased by an average of zero-point-nine percent over the three months to the end of June. The average home value now sits at $916,000, with Auckland prices fell for the fifth month in a row. QV's operations manager James Wilson spoke with Ingrid Hipkiss.
