Doctor on new Pharmac letter of expectation

Associate Health Minister David Seymour has directed Pharmac to stop factoring Te Tiri o Waitangi into its decisions. In a letter of expectation, the government urged the agency to focus on delivering health outcomes based on data and evidence.
