Head of Secret Service resigns after Trump assassination attempt

The head of the Secret Service has resigned following a congressional grilling on Tuesday. Kimberly Cheatle acknowledged that the attempted assassination of Donald Trump was "the most significant operational failure" for the Secret Service in decades.
