Taranaki iwi chair on Māori ward debate

A Taranaki iwi says every time the Māori ward debate comes up, there's unacceptable behaviour - and the government's dragging communities down a path they don't want to go. Te Kahui o Taranaki Trust chair Jacqui King spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
