Abuse survivor calls govt payments for victims 'pitiful'

A survivor of abuse at the Lake Alice Psychiatric Hospital Unit is describing the government's redress payments for dying victims as pitiful. Lake Alice survivor Malcolm Richards spoke to Guyon Espiner.
