Ngāti Whātua launch legal challenge over Māori ward

The iwi has launched a legal challenge against the Kaipara District Council, which last month voted to abolish its Māori ward. Ngāti Whātua chief executive Alan Riwaka spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
