Maritime lawyer on HMNZS Manawanui sinking

A maritime lawyer says HMNZS Manawanui is still Crown property, almost like an embassy, even though it's lying on Samoa's seabed 30 metres deep. Oceanlaw New Zealand special counsel Sid Wellik spoke to Corin Dann.
