NZ First proposes $100b infrastructure fund initiative

New Zealand First wants to set up a 100-billion dollar infrastructure fund. Winston Peters announced the move yesterday, in a speech bringing a triumphant end to the party's annual convention, but not before being interrupted by pro-Palestine protesters.
