US sending air defence and troops to Israel to counter Iran

The US has announced it will deploy an air defence battery and troops to Israel to strengthen defence against Iran. This comes just two weeks after Iran launched roughly 180 missiles into Israel. Ingrid Hipikiss spoke to correspondent in Israel, Sarah Coates.
