Thousands of at-risk Te Kura students 'doing nothing': Whistleblower

A whistleblower is warning that thousands of at-risk students enrolled at Te Kura, the Correspondence School are sitting at home doing nothing. Education correspondent John Gerritsen spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
