Rotorua mayor on hearing to determine future of housing motels

Rotorua's mayor says the city is on its way to being rid of the emergency housing motels as a hearing gets underway on Tuesday to determine the future of seven such motels. Mayor Tania Tapsell spoke to Guyon Espiner.
