Ministry of Health urges precautionary approach to puberty blockers

The Ministry of Health says there is a lack of evidence on the benefits and risks of puberty blockers used to treat gender dysphoria in children and young people. Auckland University paediatric endocrinologist Professor Paul Hofman spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
