Correction's Commissioner on report into Paremoremo prison

The Chief Ombudsman says the Department of Corrections needs to make major changes to the way it runs the Prisoners of Extreme Risk Unit at Auckland Prison in Paremoremo, citing concerns over the ill-treatment of prisoners and human rights abuses.
