Insurers dropped policies prior to LA fires

California insurers have dropped hundreds of thousands of home insurance policies in the LA area in recent years, leaving many residents with no home, and no insurance payout after this week's devastating fires. Los Angeles-based journalist YaKenda McGahee spoke to Alexa Cook.
