Voters head to the polls in Vanuatu less than a month after earthquake

Over 180,000 registered voters are expected to head to the polls in Vanuatu on Thursday. The fact this election is even happening is astounding for a country whose capital city suffered a magnitude 7.3 quake less than a month ago. RNZ Pacific Editor Koroi Hawkins reports.
