PM Luxon on not heading to Waitangi

The Prime Minister has confirmed he will be hosted by Ngai Tahu in Akaroa for Waitangi Day on Thursday. Christopher Luxon announced in December he wouldn't be heading to Waitangi for this year's commemorations, saying he wanted to move around the country to celebrate the national day.
