New Zealand and Vietnam sign strategtic partnership

The Prime Ministers of New Zealand and Vietnam have signed a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership - with Aotearoa being only the tenth country to do so. Christopher Luxon signed the deal in Hanoi, where he also called for more military transparency in a region that's facing increasing geostrategic challenges.
