Man who had wrong part of lung removed calls for ACC overhaul

Ian Tollemache, the man who has inoperable cancer in his remaining lung after a botched surgery saw him lose the other, isn't just seeking a lung transplant he wants the ACC system overhauled to ensure patients can get better access to lump sum compensation for pain and suffering.
