Green Party proposes public KiwiSaver provider

The Green Party is proposing a public KiwiSaver provider, which it says would boost peoples' retirement savings by up to $64,000. The party's co-leader, Russel Norman, says a public provider would intensify competition in the superannuation market and drive down costs by reducing fees.
