Jacinda Ardern and Nanaia Mahuta leap Labour's ranks

The Labour Party leader, David Shearer, says he is prepared to shuffle his caucus again if the current line-up does not perform. The post-election shake-up has catapulted some back benchers up through the ranks, while others have had to relinquish portfolio responsibilities and their places on the front bench.
