Conservation Minister has another contentious decision to make

The Conservation Minister, Nick Smith, has declined a controversial proposal to build an 11-point-three kilometre tunnel through Fiordland National Park. But he has another contentious decision to make in the same area - the FiordlandLink Experience - a monorail through conservation land.
