Second Cannes jewel heist in two days

The French city of Cannes is reeling from its second jewellery heist in three days. In scenes reminiscent of the Pink Panther, two armed men have held up a store selling luxury watches not far from the Carlton Hotel, where on Monday, one man walked off with 170-million dollars worth of jewellery from an exhibition.
