Claims urban Maori not being heard in Christchurch

The Maori Council says urban Maori living in Christchurch aren't getting a strong enough say in the rebuild. About two-thirds of all Maori who live in the city don't affiliate to the region's largest iwi and key stakeholder in the rebuild, Ngai Tahu.
