The Mixtape: A Special Karyn Hay Playlist

The winner of the Independent Spirit Award at this year's Taite Music Prize was Karyn Hay - presenter of RNZ's "live and loose" weeknight radio show Lately.

The award honours a New Zealander who has "dedicated themselves to helping artists and the wider music community to grow and find their own unique pathways".

In this special edition of The Mixtape, Karyn plays some of her favourite tunes from Aotearoa.
