Before becoming the drummer for Queens of the Stone Age, Jon Theodore was an early fan, first seeing them play at a tiny Baltimore club that held 12 people.
Ahead of their NZ tour Jon talks to Charlotte about getting the call from Josh to drum for the band, and what it’s like to go from the “free-for-all” shows with The Mars Volta to the controlled chaos of Queens of the Stone Age.
