Ex-pat Kiwi Bruce Kirkland is the founder and president of Tsunami Entertainment in LA, a multi-faceted music and media company that represents artist management, marketing and media consultation. Huge steps for a bloke from Onehunga, Auckland. Via The University Students Arts Council he originated the University touring circuit in New Zealand and ended up General Manager of Capitol Records in LA. A two part programme presented by Trevor Reekie traces Bruce Kirkland's journey into the heady world of the 70's UK Indie scene thru to bringing Depeche Mode to the American audience.
